Rules of Play
We at Cheeky Monkees have set out the following rules and guidelines
to ensure that all our customers have an enjoyable and safe experience
whilst they are with us:
1. It is the responsibility of the parent or guardian to supervise
their children in the play area at all times and to actively monitor
behaviour.
2. Our members of staff will regularly monitor the equipment. They
also have access to first aid facilities. However, staff are not
provided solely to supervise children using the facilities.
3. There is a height restriction for children who wish to use the
play facilities. This is clearly marked at reception (1m 45 cm).
The restriction has been put in place for children safety reasons.
4. Children must remove their shoes before they enter the play area.
For hygiene reasons, socks must be worn at all times. Don’t worry
if you have forgotten your socks, we have a wide selection you can
buy at reception.
5. Buckles, jewellery, watches, money and other sharp objects must
be removed before entering the play area. Personal items must be
left with parents or guardians. We cannot however accept any liability
for theft.
6. No food is allowed to be taken into the play area. We kindly
ask that children finish eating their food before starting to play.
7. Only food purchased on the premises can be consumed.
8. Children who are unwell or ill should not use the facilities.
9. Remember, Cheeky Monkees is a no smoking area.
10. All accidents on our premises should be reported immediately
to a member of our staff. They will be recorded in our Accident
Report Book. 11. Please take children to the toilet before using
the play area as it can all get too exciting sometimes!
12. We will not tolerate anti social behaviour or behaviour that
affects the enjoyment of other customers in our facility. We will
ask customers who do not respect this rule to leave.
13. We will not accept abuse aimed at any of our members of staff.
